1-1 Virtual Yoga Therapy for Men
Individualized yoga sessions are aimed at tackling whatever you’d like to work on in your physical yoga practice. Whether you’re completely new to the practice or would like to work on mastering more advanced aspects, 1-1 attention will help you get to where you want to be quickly. These sessions can also include meditation, breathwork, yogic philosophy, and some talk therapy if needed.
Price: $70
Men’s Virtual Yoga Classes
Progress in your yoga practice alongside other men of all ages and capabilities. Classes are all levels so if you’ve never practiced yoga before you are welcome just as much as someone who has been practicing for years. Each class runs for around 60 minutes and they are capped at 10 guys so that I can effectively manage the group virtually, plus everyone gets the assistance they need each class.

Price: First Class Free, $20 Drop In, $90 for 5 Classes, & $150 for 10 Classes
1-1 Virtual Talk Therapy for Men
Focus on what you’re struggling with or would like to improve on mentally, emotionally, and behaviourally. This includes openly exploring the matter together in a safe and supported environment as well as developing a plan to help you achieve your goals whatever they may be. The end goal is for you to have the confidence to implement action steps outside of our sessions together plus just feel more centered and powerful within yourself.
Price: $100
Men’s Virtual Group Talk Therapy
Exclusive men’s-only group talk therapy sessions are kept to a small group of no more than 10 individuals. Each session will have different generalized themes. However, it is ultimately a safe space amongst your equals to explore yourself, connect with like-minded people, and collectively move towards what you consider to be your dream life.

Hi I’m Brad,
I’m a man just like you. I’ve made some amazing life choices and some of which I’m not the proudest of. For example, in my younger years, I became addicted to various substances, perpetually created an unhealthy mental space within myself, and literally almost lost my life because of those choices. However, instead of continuing down that path after my wake-up call, I embraced life as it was without regrets and dove headfirst into creating the life I wanted. Not what society wanted, not what my peers wanted, not what my parents wished for, but simply my best self and life based on what I value most. It wasn’t easy and I’ll always be a work in progress but I have learned so much along the way.
The two things that have helped me the most in my life are yoga and self-work. I’m an avid “yogi” who practices the totality of yoga very regularly, both on and off of my mat; I honestly don’t know how people function without the practice in their lives. As for self-work, I’ve tried many different tools over the years and am a firm believer in discovering what works for you. I define self-work as anything that helps you improve your mental, physical, emotional, or spiritual well-being. It can also include self-care or activities that recharge you without taking a whole lot of effort. Therefore, most of the resources/tools I help my clients with fall in these two categories.
Through diligently using these practices over the last 12 years of my life I’ve been able to create my dream life alongside my wife/partner Renee. I’ve also been working as a yoga therapist for more than a decade, teaching in-person classes, small groups, private sessions, yoga for addicts, and men’s yoga, and for the past few years, I have exclusively worked online. My formal education is in social work, and I also currently teach online college courses covering psychology, mental health, and social work.
Now, you may be wondering why I specialize in working with men. Long story short I specialize in working with men in the realms of yoga and talk therapy because I’m a man and understand men way better than I do women, lol. Also, over the years, I’ve noticed that I can help men move forward toward the life they want much more effectively than women.
In my free time you’ll likely find me working on my organic permaculture farm in Costa Rica, tackling a DIY project, spending time with the family, or catching whatever waves I can on my surfboard.
