About Us

Renee and Brad began working alongside one another 6 years ago. They were brought together by a passion for bringing an authentic yoga experience to both men and women alike. The deep connection they both share for their life work led to a powerful friendship and eventually a full-fledge partnership both professionally and personally. All of which truly came to fruition when they were married at the beautiful Chateau Eza in Eze France. The day they declared their commitment to one another as absolute. Since deciding to embark on the journey of life fully together Renee and Brad felt that it was also time to create Revive N Thrive. This step was needed in order to bring their collective 30 years of experience in the realms of yoga, healthy living, business, and designing ideal lives, to you.

Renee Janisse

Renee has been a registered massage therapist and yoga teacher for more than 20 years. She also owned a very successful yoga studio for 11 years. However, eventually, she decided to step away from the business in order to pursue her passions of authentically traveling the world, deepening her own knowledge of life, and to simply spend more time with her son. This shift has also allowed her to further embrace her own self-care habits as well as assist her clients more holistically.

In relation to Renee as a yoga teacher, she prefers to work from a very intuitive as well as a therapeutic perspective with her clients. This allows her to dynamically draw upon the vast amount of knowledge she has gained through her own personal practice and while working with clients over the years. Renee emphasizes the importance of asana, pranayama (breathwork), as well as mindfulness while teaching yoga. As far as training Renee has gone all over the world to study various styles and modalities of yoga. However, she does draw regularly from her strong base in Yoga Therapy which she gained from the teachings of Joseph and Lilian Lepage. She regularly encourages her clients to always stay within their own edge while practicing. Yoga specifically continues to empower Renee in her life, assisting her in overcoming the challenges that life throws at her emotionally, mentally, and physically. She is in her opinion a much better person because of yoga.

As far as coaching clients Renee chooses to focus primarily on nutrition (including optimal gut health), overcoming addictive behaviours, developing healthy habits that stick, and assisting them in becoming the best version of themselves that they can be. She is quite flexible in her approach in order to better serve each individual she works with so that they achieve optimal results. Renee feels blessed that she can share all of her knowledge and experience with others, assisting them in creating their dream lives.

Brad Kreitzer

Brad began pursuing a highly balanced lifestyle both mentally and physically as a teenager, while training as a high-level track and field athlete. He excelled in the discipline of javelin (or spear chucking as he likes to call it) and ranked well Nationally for many years. However, eventually after many hours of pushing his limits a little too much soft tissue injuries in his arm and rib cage brought his throwing career to a halt. Through his rehabilitation period, yoga was recommended by his massage therapist, so Brad decided to give it a shot. Long story short he knew from the moment he first tried yoga that it would forever be a part of his life and that he desired to share the teachings of yoga with the world.

Personally, Brad views yoga as a therapeutic tool and believes that all eight limbs of yoga can be used to improve one’s life regardless of any restrictions or reservations that one may have. He encourages his students to bring yoga into there life off of their mats as well in order to further the benefits they experience. Brad has been trained in the styles of Hatha, Ashtanga, Kundalini, and Yin Yoga, all of which influence his own practice and his teachings. He also specializes in assisting men with thriving in their own yoga practice and continues to teach very successful programs catered to the needs of men. Therapeutically, Brad has assisted people suffering from many common ailments as well as those stuck in depression and addictions. He strives to empower as many people as he can with the tools of yoga so that they can truly excel in their own lives.

On another front, Brad has also been designing/modifying aspects of both his and Renee’s businesses for many years. From business cards, logo creation, promotional content physical & digital, to building full-fledged WordPress websites he has used his skills to help grow their businesses to where they are today. He utilizes his years of experience of working in the high attention to detail tool and mold industry to bring all of his designs to life for his clients. Brad is extremely grateful that he is able to help others live their ideal lives both personally and professionally.
