Welcome to our website and thank you for visiting our about page to learn more about Revive N Thrive! We (Renee & Brad) have been working alongside one another in the helping professions for many years, are happily married, have a 15-year-old son, and a dog named Eli. Over the past decade, we have co-created our dream life in the tropical oasis of Costa Rica which we are now fortunate enough to call home. Our dream includes a rural organic permaculture farm, the space + time to cultivate a deep connection to our authentic selves and the natural world, and the ability to assist others in creating their own dream lives. It has taken tremendous work, courage, sacrifice, and trust to follow our hearts, but we’re so grateful to be where we are. 

We lived the Western world’s idea of a “dream life” in southern Canada however, it wasn’t for us. Our values of living a life full of growth, empowerment, daily connection to the natural world, and sustainable living outweighed our need to fit in. Both of us are extremely direct, constantly aiming to deepen our understanding of ourselves and the world around us, and strongly dislike it when people try to BS us. Collectively we have more experience helping ourselves and others with natural health practices than we’d like to admit. We’ve also found over the years that in the therapeutic realms of yoga, talk therapy, and naturally based healing it is best to separate the women and men so our services reflect that.
